Delta Development of WNY., Inc. is located at 525 Washington Street, Buffalo, NY
This picture of our building was taken in 1950 when it was the retail store, Norbans.
The building is presently being occupied by Catholic Charities. Our office entrance is to the door to the right of Catholic Charities front entrance (first floor).

Today:
Delta Development of Western New York, Inc. is a private not-for-profit housing development and management company founded in 1988. The organization's service area encompasses the eight county region contained within the Buffalo Diocese.

The formation of the organization resulted from the advocacy work conducted by the Housing Division of Catholic Charities, the development work of the Diocese of Buffalo and a long-term commitment to providing adequate, affordable housing for low income households, senior citizens and the handicapped.

From its inception, Delta has formed unique partnerships and been involved with numerous community agencies, advocacy groups, federal, state, and local funding agencies and private investors in order to achieve its goal of developing and managing quality housing communities throughout WNY. In addition, Delta has an active Board of Directors with expertise in the areas of accounting, finance, architecture, construction, community development and human services. Finally, Delta has a professional staff to carry out the day to day operations of the organization.
